Common printing questions answered

Question:      Why does the freeform text reposition when schedule is printed?   Why are thin hatch lines printing solid black?   How can a column be hidden at print time?   The HP Design Jet does not print the entire schedule.   Is it possible to print a schedule by time period?   Can a large schedule be printed in small sections on a desktop printer and then put together to make a wall sized plot?   Does Milestones work with banner printers?   How is the print size set for a certain printer?     Can I display the collapse/expand indicators when I print?   I have the chart size set to 7.5" horizontal and 5.5." vertical. However, when I print the chart, it fills the entire page, rather than printing at the size I have specified.  How can I get it to print using my specifications?   I would like to send my schedule to others as a PDF.  Since it is quite large, I would like to use bookmarks in my PDF so that viewers can quickly navigate to sections of my schedule.  Does Milestones offer this functionality?   I am having trouble with the colored horizontal connector bar with the thin hash (or hatch) line printing in solid black. I am printing to a HP755CM plotter printer. Solid color bars print OK; all other color prints OK; thicker hashed fills print OK.
