Customize the toolbox

Question:

I notice that the Milestones schedules all have different toolboxes. Can I customize my toolbox so that when I create new schedules, I always start with the same toolbox?

Answer:

Customize your toolbox.
Right click the toolbox and choose Toolbox Properties to set the size of the toolbox and other general options.
Double-click any of the symbols or connectors individually to set the symbol or connector shape, color, shadow, line pattern and other characteristics.
On the File tab, choose Save As Template.
For the template name, enter Default.mtp

Now, whenever you choose the Toolbar's New Empty Schedule (File | New | New Empty Schedule) icon, you will have the toolbox you built.
