HTML publishing - need a master schedule with 4 sub schedules

Question:     

I'm generating HTML tiered hierarchy from a Master Schedule for 4 sub-schedules. Each sub-schedule has a summary bar, level 1, and some level 2 tasks.
The main HTML output of Master shows only the Summary bars. Clicking a summary bar takes me to the sub-schedule. (Expected behavior)
What I want is to control how many task levels are displayed on the HTML Master in the tiered output. For example, I would like HTML Master to show Summary and all Level 1 tasks, rather than just the Summary bar for each sub schedule.
Is this setup possible?
