Track Multiple Client Contracts

Summary: I created this schedule to track, monitor, and communicate 4 key contracts for one of my Fortune 100 clients. This particular customer has purchased several support and services contracts with my company. That means I’m often on multiple calls and e-mail threads trying to answer contract status questions from a variety of stakeholders including (key customer project resources, internal team members, executive sponsors, as well as vendor management teams).
I decided to use Milestones to help keep everyone on the same page. Additionally, some of the contracts are coming up for renewal soon and Milestones naturally has a superior presentation quality which I’ve found increases the chances my customer renews and understands the associated cost and timing. Below I’ve listed a few below bullet points on some of the specific features I chose to use that you might find helpful for some of your future projects.
