Change the number of task rows on a page

Question:

How can I get more rows on one page? I want to get everything on one page. Right now I have 16 tasks but 4 are on a second page.

Question 2:

I have a file in which the rows per page function on the layout tab isn't responding. The function works fine on my other files.

Answer 1:

You need to set the Rows Per Page to 16 if you want all 16 rows on one page.

Choose the Layout tab.
Enter 16 in the Rows Per Page space and press Apply Setting Changes.

Adjusting individual row heights will affect the total number of rows possible.

Answer 2:

It's likely that the task rows on your schedule have been individually sized. Changing the rows per page won't affect rows which are individually sized.

Choose the Layout tab.
Click Reset all Rows to Default Height.
