Purpose: Delete a symbol from a task rowA horizontal row on the schedule, usually containing the name of a project step and important milestone dates for that step..

If this number is -1 then all symbols on the row will be deleted.

Notes:

If a symbol that has a connection originating from it is deleted, then the connector bar disappears also.
The symbols in a line should be sorted after each deletion is done to maintain the proper order and connectivity. The SortSymbols call fixes connections that need to be altered because of deleted or reordered symbols.
