Purpose: Lets the programmer take advantage of 20 columns.
Returns: none
Arguments: none
When called, all column parameters are in range of 1-20. 1-10 are left columns and 11-20 are right columns. If this method is not called then 1-5 are first five left columns and 6-10 are first five right columns. This method allows the new columns to be used by newer programs but does not require older programs to be changed because of the new 10 columns.
