Purpose: Returns the expanded schedule tag.
Returns: String, containing the expanded schedule tag. Can be up to 299 bytes.
Arguments: none.
Use GetScheduleTag/SetScheduleTag to get and set a short schedule tag (up to 79 bytes). Use GetExpandedScheduleTag/SetExpandedScheduleTag to get and set a longer tag (up to 299 bytes).
