Purpose: This command is used to determine which, if any, symbol is selected by the user
Returns: The 1 based index of currently selected symbol in line, or 0 or -1

This call should come after the GetTaskLineOfSelectedSymbol call. If multiple symbols are selected, then -1 is returned. If no symbols are selected then 0 is returned.
