SetGlobalValueSetValue

Purpose: Set a ValueSet value.

Returns: none

Notes:

• The SetGlobalValueSetValue and SetTasklineValueSetValue functions will allocate or reallocate the referenced ValueSets if they have not been initialized or if the date is outside the current date range of the ValueSet. However, the ValueSet name must be defined already in the file.
