Purpose: Apply a color theme

Argument	Type	Required	Purpose
1	String	Yes	Theme Name
2	String	Yes	1=Use Outline Shading 2=Use default shading from theme 3=Do not alter task line shading 4=No task line shading
3			"True" = Include colors from theme "False" = Do not include colors from theme
4	String	No	"True" = suppress grid lines "False" = do not suppress grid lines
4	String	No	"True" = apply color theme's note background color "False" = do not apply color theme's note background color
