Copy a schedule page and paste as a picture into another application

Copy each schedule page as a metafile (picture) and paste into another application.

Copy and paste a picture of a schedule page into another program:

1. While displaying the Milestones schedule page to be copied, choose Edit | Copy Schedule | Copy Metafile to Clipboard.

2. A message appears informing that the metafile is on the clipboard.

3. Toggle over to the other application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or other Windows application).

4. Click Paste (or Paste Special). A metafile picture will appear.

5. Repeat for other Milestones schedule pages.

Notes:

• Tabbing in a column cell without Use Tab key for Outlining, is not supported in metafiles. A small rectangle will appear in place of the tabbed spacing.

• When printing or pasting a Milestones schedule with Y-axis values, those values may print or paste differently from the values shown on the screen. The screen and printer resolution causes this. The solution to set fixed Y-axis values.
