Calculate BCWS using baseline duration

Question:     

When calculating BCWS as the budget column multiplied by percent duration to the current date, can I use percent duration of baseline to the current date?

 

Answer:

Yes. Check the Use Baseline Duration setting in the Calculation Settings dialog box. To access that dialog box, double-click the Calculation/Indicator column heading. Under the SmartColumn Settings tab, select Calculation/Indicator as the SmartColumn Definition.
