This is a perfect application of Milestones Professional's Date from Symbol Automation tag Column.

To solve your problem you will

1. On each row, tag both symbols you plan to use.  Tag the first one with 1,Date1.  Tag the second one with 1,Date2. (To enter an automation tag, click once on the symbol.  Next click the Symbol Links tab on the toolbar and type in the Automation tag field.)  Note that the number 1 is an identifier for the symbol.  If you are not linking your schedule for future refresh, the number is insignificant but must still be entered for this process to work.

2. Insert a Date from Symbol Automation tag column.  

3. In the Symbol Automation tag choice dialog box which appears, choose Date1.

4. Set the Column Heading for this column to Start up.

5. Insert a second Date from Symbol Automation tag Column.

6. In the Symbol Automation tag choice dialog box which appears, choose Date2.

7. Set the Column Heading for this column to First Delivery.

8. Insert a Calculation/Indicator column.

9. In the Calculations Settings dialog box which appears, set the calculation as shown:
