Change font size for whole schedule

Question:     

How can I change the font style and/or size of the entire schedule at once?

How can I set the font style and size for all symbol text on my schedule?

How can I change the font size for the column information for all tasks?

 

Answer:

Change the font style of the entire schedule:

  1. On the Format tab, choose Chart (in the Default Text section)

  2. Make your font selections.

  3. IF you want to also change the size for the entire schedule, check Reset Size.

  4. Press OK.

Change the font style/size for symbol text only:

  1. On the Format tab, choose Symbol Text (in the Default Text section)

  2. Make your font selections.

  3. Press OK.

Change the font style/size for column text only:

  1. On the Format tab, choose Column Text (in the Default Text section)

  2. Make your font selections.

  3. Press OK.
