Yes, Milestones includes some handy tools for this process.
Sanitize a schedule:

On the Tools tab, in the Other Tools section, choose Manage Symbols, Pictures....

On the dropdown menu pick Manage Symbols...

Remove all hyperlinks from every symbol. -
Remove outgoing links from every symbol.

Remove symbol names from every symbol.

Remove symbol notes from every symbol.
