Column text displayed as symbol text (and other substitutable text strings)

Question:

Can the text in a column's cell appear as a symbol's text? This would be on the same task row.

Answer:

Certain strings, preceded by an ampersand “&”, will be filled with actual numbers or text when displayed.

For example, if you type "&col01" in the symbol text slot, that command is replaced by the text in column 1 of that task row. If you type "&vs1" in the symbol text slot, that command is replaced by the ValueSet 1 value for that symbol.

Use substitutable text strings as your symbol text to show column text, duration, used duration, remaining duration, amount ahead/behind schedule, baseline duration, percent complete and the value of a Symbol ValueSet.
