Copy toolbox rows

My schedule has several different colored bars. I want to set one up in the toolbox and then copy all the settings to another row so that I can then just set the colors. Is this possible?

Yes!

Click once on the small + next to the row to be copied to select it.
Right-click on the row in the toolbox to be copied.
On the menu, choose Copy Selected Row:

Click once on the small + next to the row where the bar will be pasted to select it.
On the menu choose Paste Copied Row over Selected:
