Insert a column

Question:     

Is there a way to insert a column between two existing columns?

 

Answer:

Yes! Here are two ways to insert a column:

Insert a column using the toolbar:

  1. Using the Arrow tool, click once on a column heading.  (On the left side of the schedule, the new column will be inserted to the left of the selected column.  On the right side of the schedule, the new column will be inserted to the right of the selected column. )

  2. The column heading should be highlighted:

  3. Choose New Column on the Insert tab and pick a column type.

 

Insert a column using the right-click menu:

  1. Using the Arrow tool, click once on a column heading.  (On the left side of the schedule, the new column will be inserted to the left of the selected column.  On the right side of the schedule, the new column will be inserted to the right of the selected column. )

  2. The column heading should be highlighted:
