Project to Milestones wizard - Choose layout options

On this screen of the Project to Milestones Wizard, it is possible to specify the schedule layout.  Several layout choices are available:

Page size (width and height): choose from one of the choices in the list or enter page width and height.

Rows per page: Use the arrows to increase or decrease the number of rows per page.

Set Best fit for all rows:  When importing, text from Microsoft Project (like the task name), might not fit in the space provided.  If this happens and this option is selected, then the rows per page will be ignored and Milestones Professional will attempt to fit all the text as well as it can.

Reduce rows if possible: This is used in conjunction with Set Best Fit for all rows.  If this is checked, then the rows per page will be ignored and Milestones will attempt a best fit, while at the same time reducing the heights of rows with less text.

Show the Legend:  This will set the height of the legend so that it will be displayed.  If the legend is blank, that is because the template does not include a legend.  In this case, legend entries can be added after import.

Highlights and Shadows: Symbols will be highlighted with a 3-D look and shadow if this is checked.
