Pictures

Pictures in a variety of formats can be added anywhere on the schedule.

Add a picture to a schedule

Pictures pasted onto the schedule from another application are by default, embedded in the schedule.  If a picture is added by inserting a picture file, right-click the picture in Milestones and choose Convert to Embedded.  (It's best to embed the picture in the schedule.  Otherwise the picture will remain as an external file and will not be included if the schedule is saved on another computer or e-mailed to another person.)
