Predefined Indicators

Several Predefined stoplight indicators settings are available when creating indicators for SmartColumns.  When chosen, the indicators in the drop-down Pick Indicator Symbology menu will automatically switch to the predefined selections.

Create Indicators using Predefined Indicator settings:

1. Insert a SmartColumn in which indicators are possible.

2. On the Graphical Indicators tab or Indicators for Values Column options, choose Pick indicator symbology based upon the following conditions.

3. Choose one of the three Pre-Selects to use Predefined Indicators.  

Available Predefined Indicator pre-selects:

•   Red value<0  Yellow value=0 Green value>0  
•   Red value<0  Amber value=0  Green  value>0
• Green value<1  Yellow value=2  Red value=3  Blue value=4
