Publish a PDF with bookmarks

Question:

I would like to send my schedule to others as a PDF. Since it is quite large, I would like to use bookmarks in my PDF so that viewers can quickly navigate to sections of my schedule. Does Milestones offer this functionality?

Answer:

Yes!

First, add bookmarks to your schedule.
On the File menu, choose PDF.
On the Save PDF dialog box, un-check Create Bookmark Index:

Note:

- If Create Bookmarked Index is checked, a bookmark will be created in the resulting PDF for each task.
- If Create Bookmarked Index is un-checked, a bookmark will be created in the resulting PDF only for the tasks which have bookmarks.
