Refresh report is incorrect

Question:

When I pick the option to Report missing Project tasks, it often tells me that the summary tasks are missing. However, they are on the schedule.

Answer:

This turns out to be an issue when the Milestones schedule was imported from Microsoft Project using the Milestones Professional summary tasks. Even though they were coming into Milestones, no symbols were associated with the summary tasks. This was determined to be an error in the report. Update your Milestones 2025 software if your rev. date is before January 2026.
