Send schedule to others

I need to send my schedule to others I work with.  What's the best way to do this?

 

Answer:

Milestones software supports a number of ways to share schedules.  

To save the schedule as a PDF:

  • Choose File | Files and Templates: Open and Save Options | Save as PDF.

Download a free e-book which describes other distribution methods including:

  • Copy and Paste into Word or other application supporting Windows Metafiles.

  • Copy all pages to PowerPoint.

  • Internet Publishing Wizard which lets the user publish as a single page or as a set of HTML pages complete with “hotspots” for drilldown.
