We have a Milestones Professional plan linked to Microsoft Project. Is it possible to show the % complete from Microsoft Project if there is more than one bar per row? I have read various documents in the Knowledgebase but haven't seen any document that indicates whether this is possible.

Answer:
Yes, this is possible.
First, import your schedule:

When importing using one of the Gantt choices in the Project to Milestones wizard, de-select (uncheck) the Draw Summary Bars option. This option is on the next to the last screen of choices in the wizard
After the schedule is imported:

In Milestones Professional, on the Dates tab, check Symbols:Fill to Status Date and check Bars: Fill to Status Date.

On the Layout tab, choose Summary Bar Settings.
The resulting schedule, after adjusting text to avoid overlap, might look like this. With one click, you can collapse the schedule to look like the one below this.
Collapse the schedule:

In Milestones Professional, right click the top level task.

On the menu, choose Collapse All Tasks to Selected Level:
