Suppress zero values for ValueSet

When ValueSet values are entered by time period (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.), there may be a day, week, or month entry that is blank and, therefore, it's zero by default. Those zero values will display above or below the DataGraph and on task rows, unless they are suppressed (hidden).

Suppress zero values:

  1. Choose Tools | Graph Options | Set Up ValueSets.

  2. Click Create/Edit for the ValueSet whose zero values should be suppressed.

  3. Click the Graphic Properties tab.

  4. Suppress Values of Zero to not display values of 0 (zero) above/below the DataGraph or on task row ValueSet value displays.

  5. Suppress Leading Values of Zero for numbers such as 0.35 to appear as .35.
