Question:

Is it possible to change my default save location for templates?

Every time I start a new schedule, I format it the same way, including color scheme, toolbox choices, number of rows per page, etc. Is there an easier way?

Answer 1:

Yes, it's possible to change the folder for personal templates. On the Tools tab, in the Program Options section, choose Folders. Click the Browse button on the row for Personal Templates.

Answer 2:

Templates can save you time by keeping your customized toolbox, columns, column headings, page layout, and more. Thus, templates retain the formatting ( the "look" of a chart) while charts preserve schedule details.
