Track and graph numbers

Milestones Professional offers many ways to enter, display, calculate and graph numbers such as budget, cost, earned value, man-hours, and more.

Milestones offers specialized columns for entering and calculating values; ValueSets for entering values in groups, such as budget or actual cost.  Three graph areas for displaying line and bar graphs of values.

For those who have Microsoft Project installed, MPP schedules can be imported to create reports with values and graphs.

Enter values in columns:

Calculation/Indicator SmartColumns make calculations between columns and display the resulting values with optional indicator symbols, text or colors.

Values SmartColumns contain user-entered values with optional indicator symbols, text or colors.

Enter values in ValueSets:

A ValueSet is a group of numerical values (e.g. budget, cost, manhours) associated with either a time period, a time period and task, a symbol, a column's values, or a sum of other ValueSets.

Values from ValueSets can be graphed in one or more of the schedule's DataGraphs.

ValueSet SmartColumns sum and display values from specific ValueSets for each task row, with optional indicator symbols, text or colors.

Display values as line or bar graphs in DataGraphs:

Numbers entered into columns or ValueSets can be displayed as lines or bars in Milestones' DataGraphs below or on the schedule. Graph values separately or together, in any of the three available DataGraphs.

 Add up to 3 DataGraphs to any schedule.  A total of 9 ValueSets can be used for these 3 DataGraphs.
