Can't Change Task Row Heights

Question:      I am unable to adjust row height by dragging with the mouse anymore. This problem just appeared and occurs in every milestones file.   Answer: You may have turned this feature off at some point.  To turn it back on: On the Tools tab, choose Edit. Be sure that   Allow Task Row Height Adjustments.
