Microsoft Project Export - Update Project from Milestones

It's possible to update the dates on your Microsoft Project schedule using dates from a Milestones Professional schedule.

On this screen, you will be able to choose the following:

Update using: Specify the unique identifier to use to make changes to Project.  For example, use Unique ID if the Milestones Professional schedule is tagged with Unique ID.  The Unique ID field will be used to locate tasks in the Microsoft Project schedule which match tasks in the Milestones schedule.

Project Field to update: This is the field you want to update using the first line of the Milestones Professional Symbol Text field.  If you pick a field, then you need to choose one of the following:

• Update Project field with symbol text from symbol tagged with Start Date
• Update Project field with symbol text from symbol tagged with Finish Date

Update Project note field - if this is checked, the Microsoft Project note field will be updated using the contents of the Milestones Professional note field.
