Send a schedule via e-mail

The File | Files and Templates: Open and Save Options | Send menu option attaches the active Milestones schedule to an outgoing e-mail message with the system's default e-mail program.

To share a schedule with others who do not have Milestones Professional 2025 installed, generate a PDF and send the PDF instead of the Milestones Professional file.

 The Send option may require download and installation of the Milestones MAPI interface. Even with this installed, the Send option may still be blocked by a company’s policies regarding allowing third party applications to interface with mail clients, such as Outlook or Exchange.  If you have any trouble with this feature please check with your company's IT department.
