Select task rows and task cells

Select a single task:

  1. Click  (the toolbox Arrow tool.) 

  2. Click once in the column area of the task row.  The entire row will highlight in black to indicate it is selected.

Select a single cell on the task row:

  1. Click  (the toolbox Arrow tool.) 

  2. Click once in the column area of the task row.  The entire row will highlight in black to indicate it is selected.

  3. Click once on the cell to be edited.  This will bring up the options for that cell.

Select several contiguous task rows:

  1. Click  (the toolbox Arrow tool.) 

  2. Click once in the column area of the first task row to be selected.  The entire row will highlight in black to indicate it is selected.

  3. Hold down the Shift key, and click once on the last task row to be selected.

Select several non-contiguous task rows:

  1. Click  (the toolbox Arrow tool.) 

  2. Click once in the column area of the first task row to be selected.  The entire row will highlight in black to indicate it is selected.

  3. Hold down the Ctrl key, and click once on the other task row to be selected.

Select all tasks:

  1. Click  (the toolbox Arrow tool.) 

  2. Click once in the column area for any task row on the schedule.

  3. Press CTRL+A to select all task rows.
