Quickly reformat an imported schedule

Question:

I have a 30 page schedule which was imported from Microsoft Project. Quite a few of the task names don't fit in the cells. Is there a way to fix this?

Answer:

On the Layout tab, choose Set Best Fit for All Rows Milestones will go through your schedule and adjust the row height for each task to ensure that the contents of each cell can be displayed completely. Additionally, choose Also, reduce row heights if too much space assigned. This will force Milestones to reduce the row height of the rows which do not require as much space as they currently have.
