Reschedule a task

Answer:

Using "Shift All Dates" you can move all symbols and connectors forward or backwards.

1. From the Edit menu, choose Shift All Dates.

2. Enter the number of working days you want to shift all symbols and connectors and indicate whether you want it to be shifted forward or backward.  

3. You have an additional choice to shift the schedule date range's start date an equal amount.

To move only selected tasks:

1. Use the Arrow tool to select tasks you want to move ahead or behind in time.

2. Choose Shift Dates for Selected Tasks on the Edit menu.

3. Enter the number of working days you want to shift those symbols and connectors and indicate whether you want it to be shifted forward or backward.
