Can't un-group picture in PowerPoint

Question:

I am exporting a small file to PowerPoint using “Copy all pages to PowerPoint”. Usually I can then ‘un-group’ in PowerPoint to move tasks around if needed. This feature is not working today. Any suggestions appreciated.

Answer:

PowerPoint is not able to un-group pictures with gradient fills.

If you adjust your Milestones schedule so that it does not include gradient fills, then it will be possible to un-group the picture copied to PowerPoint
