Change the default save location

Question:

I would like to change the default location where charts are saved. How can I do this?

Answer:

On the Tools tab, choose Folders.

This is where you can specify the default file locations.

- The Charts folder is where the schedules are saved.
- The Templates folder contains all the templates that ship with the software.

You can choose to direct this to a different folder as well and set up your own templates. (It's common for groups of people who work with the same schedule formats to have a shared template folder, on a network drive for example). You might want to point your Graphics folder to a shared clip-art directory.
