Yes.  If you have a schedule which you have formatted and would like to create other schedules with the same formatting, create a Milestones Professional template.

Create a template

1. Open the schedule with the formatting you want to use.

2. On the File tab, choose Save File and then Personal Template.  (Name and save the template).

Create a new schedule with the template

1. Choose    on the File tab.

2. On the File tab, choose Open and then Personal Template.

3. Locate and open the template you saved previously.
