Horizontal bar size

Question:

I cannot figure out how to size the connectors to fit the height of my task row. I can size the symbols on either end but cannot make the connector fit in the row.

Answer:

The height of the bars in Milestones on any given schedule is relative to that schedule's global symbol height. (To Set, choose Format | Symbol Size)

However, choosing the correct type of bar is another way to solve the problem.

Bar types 2, 5, and 23 shown below are all different heights. These bar types occupy a variable amount of space depending on the symbol size and the number of rows per page.

The best solution is to use bar type# 71, which will "auto-fit" the vertical row space. So, no matter what the size of the row is, this bar type will adjust to fit.
