Screen flickers when sharing Milestones with Microsoft Teams

Question:

When using Microsoft Teams to view and share a Milestones file, the Milestones file blinks and all symbols in the graph area disappear. The file header and columns remain visible but the documents blinks in and out. Is there a solution for this?

Answer:

This is a known "glitch" in Microsoft Teams. If possible, install the latest update of Microsoft Teams via Windows Update. If you can't do this, then, as a workaround try sharing the entire desktop instead of sharing just the Milestones window. In our testing, we noticed that this resolves the issue.
