Toolbar bottom is cut off when using remote desktop

Question:     

When I use remote desktop to access my work computer from home the toolbar at the top of my schedule is getting cut off.  Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

Since I upgraded a few years back, I lost the list of tabs under “Selection” which allowed me to easily get to the “Symbol Links” tab.  Do you know what might be causing this because it looks like it is cut off, somehow.  Below is the view I get when I select a symbol.  My current version is MS Pro 2021.

 

Answer:

This happens when the computers being used are using different resolutions, especially if the "home" computer has a higher resolution.  Set them to the same resolution or follow the steps below.

  1. On the Tools Tab, in the Program Options section, click General.
  2. Click the Adjust Toolbar Height button and adjust the toolbar height as necessary.
