Share schedules with those who do not have Milestones

I have Milestones but many of my co-workers don't have the software. I want to be able to share my schedules with them. What are my options?

Milestones users have many options for sharing schedules with others who do not have Milestones. Here are your options:

Option 1: Save the schedule as a PDF:

On the File tab, choose

Option 3. Copy a picture (metafile) of a schedule into another application

On the Edit tab choose . Then, in your other application, choose Paste, Paste Picture or Paste Special.

Option 7. The free Milestones Viewer

Have others visit this page. They (not you) should install the free viewer. Then, you can e-mail them your latest Milestones schedules and they will be able to view and print them.
