Tooltips display

When moving the cursor around the schedule, tooltips pop-up to describe various elements of the schedule. The areas of the schedule where tooltips appear and the length of appearance time can be adjusted.

Control tooltips display:

1. Choose Tools | Program Options | Help.

2. Under Tooltips Display, choose where the tooltips appear:

3. • Entire Screen: Tooltips appear on most areas where a mouse click, double-click or click and drag operation is possible.

   • Toolbar Only: Tooltips display is limited to toolbar icons.

   • None: Tooltips will not be displayed.

4. No Tooltips in Schedule area to hide all tooltips that normally appear when the cursor is active in the schedule area, including the date tooltips when adding symbols.

5. No Tooltips in the Toolbox to hide tooltips which normally appear in the toolbox.

6. Expanded Symbol Hover information display to make sure longer tooltips such as hyperlink paths will display fully.

Control duration of tooltips display

1. Choose Tools | Program Options | Help.

2. Change the Normal Tooltip display amount (from 1 to 15 seconds)

Change toolbox tooltips with right-click menu:

1. Right-click the toolbox.

2. Choose Turn off Tooltips.
