Unidentified blue box

Question:

I’m working on a chart and just noticed that there is a light blue bar looking symbol in one of my task rows that I didn’t add and cannot land on with my curser (even tabbing through). I don’t know where this could have come from. I don’t use this color anywhere in my chart so I don’t know where this could have come from. Any ideas on how I can get rid of it.?

This looks like it could be a background for a note or symbol text. Check the toolbox settings for the symbol to see if it has a background set up. If that's not it, check to see if symbol notes on your schedule have a blue background. (Format | Default Text | Symbol notes).
