Microsoft Project Import - The Project to Milestones Wizard

Transform Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Server, Project Online or Primavera schedules into better-looking executive-level presentation reports with Milestones Professional.

To start the process, choose Create Report from Project on the Milestones Professional Connections tab.

Four options are available through the Project to Milestones Wizard:

• Let the wizard guide you - choose columns, symbology, stoplight columns, and more "step-by-step"

• Use a built-in template - select from one of the dozens of ready to use templates

• Import a Microsoft Project schedule you have coded - produce a presentation schedule from a "coded" Project file

• Import using a custom template - choose a template previously built and saved

Later, when the Microsoft Project schedule changes, choose to "refresh" the presentation schedule with the latest dates from Microsoft Project.

It is also possible to create presentation schedules from Microsoft Project Server or Project Online.
