PowerPoint slide is blank

Question:

I had to switch to a new computer with Windows 7 at work. Now I when I try to copy all pages to PowerPoint I just get an outline of the schedule with the gridlines but it's blank ( none of the bars, symbols or text show up. )

Answer:

In Milestones, check that your computer's default printer is an actual working printer.

This is important because when Milestones creates the metafile that is pasted into PowerPoint, the current printer is used for scaling and other metric type information.
