Fit a schedule in Word document

Question:

I am copying a chart and then pasting it into a Word document, but the entire schedule will not show. How can I fit the whole schedule on the page?

Answer:

Once the chart is in Word, you can grab the corners of the schedule and shrink to fit within your page in Word, or you can right-click on the picture and change the scale in the Format Object screen.
