Picture disappears

I added a picture to my schedule. However, as soon as I add the picture it disappears before I have a chance to re-size it.

The picture is probably behind the schedule shading.

On the Tools tab in the Other section select Mange symbols, pictures, freeform text, line, boxes, circles, cell overrides.
In the drop down select Manage Pictures.
In the Manage Pictures dialog select the arrow to see the picture on your schedule.
Select a picture. Select Show on top.
