With the Internet Publishing Wizard, create a picture (bitmap) of each page of the schedule.

Format, JPEG is usually the best choice if the image
will be viewed with a browser. Not all browsers support BMP
files. GIF is limited to only 256 colors, so any included
bitmaps or gradient fills will degrade in quality. Most browsers
support PNG (Portable Network Graphics) files; it is not limited
to 256 colors; and is a good alternative to GIF. PNG files
are about the same size as GIF files.

Image Scale

Choose Browse to find a folder for the output files (JPG, BMP, or GIF files) and then Next.

Click Finish.
To save the schedule as a Metafile (.WMF or .EMF), choose File | Export Options | Pictures| Export Picture Metafile, then name the file and choose Save.
