Calculate %work done compared to work bid

Can Milestone be set up where I can show the percent of work that has been done compared to how many hours I originally bid?

Here's an example of how this can be accomplished. In the schedule below:

Hours Bid is the duration of the task, using a Duration SmartColumn.
Hours Worked is entered and represents the actual number of hours worked.
Percent complete (% Comp.) is adjusted for each task by entering the percent of work done in the column.
% Duration Used is calculated by dividing Hours Worked by Hours Bid.
The Indicator column subtracts Duration Used from % Comp. Red indicates more work has been done than what has been accomplished. Green indicates percent of the job complete is greater than the % of hours worked, meaning good progress is being made on the job.
